Accessibility Statement

NowTribe is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

This site was rebuilt in 2026 with accessibility considered from the start. Automated testing is run against every page type, and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks are carried out before release.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML with a single, correctly ordered heading structure on every page.
  • A “Skip to content” link as the first focusable element.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators, and full keyboard operability including the mobile menu and FAQ accordions.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels, and errors announced to screen readers.
  • Colour contrast checked against WCAG AA thresholds.
  • Motion and animation suppressed for visitors who set prefers-reduced-motion.
  • Layouts that reflow to 320px without horizontal scrolling.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of this site relies on the following technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA. It is tested against current versions of major browsers with assistive technology available on desktop and mobile.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are aware of the following:

  • Third-party components. The live chat widget, scheduling badge, and anti-spam challenge are supplied by third parties. We gate them behind consent and monitor them, but we do not control their internal accessibility.
  • Embedded and linked media. Video hosted on third-party platforms may lack captions or transcripts. We are working to caption our own webinar recordings.
  • Older content. Some articles migrated from the previous site may contain images with imperfect alternative text. We are reviewing these.
